General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The Pregabalin and Chymoral do not offer best analgesic action needed in case of severe symptoms of lumbar sciatica and osteophytes in the spinal cord. Following measures will help you:
- Postural adaptations to avoid painful gestures
- Avoid sudden bending and weight lifting
- Continue physiotherapy
- Local application of heating pad
- Use of analgesic spray or ointment containing Capsaicin, Linseed oil, Diclofenac with menthol
- Analgesic medications such as tramadol hydrochloride after meals if no history of drug sensitivity

- Control of blood sugar
- Homeostasis maintenance of calcium and vitamin D if needed with additional supplements
- Avoid smoking if involved

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
