What Causes Persistent Headaches While Treating Migraine?
My doctor prescribed Amitriptyline 25 mg daily along with Topiramate 200 mg daily to help me with my migraines. I have bee takinf the Topiramate for quite a while and my last dr had me on 50 mg forever. I just started seeing a neurologist and he wants me to try this on a daily basis because I get headaches so often. My insurance company turned down Botox as I have not tried enough meds yet. What are your thoughts??

There can be various causes of migraines with varying parameters of management. But for sure, addition of extended release paracetamol gives best results in my clinical practice.
