What Causes Persistent Headaches And Numbness?

Hello, I'm a 23 year old female. For the last couple of weeks every other day or so I've been having extremely bad headaches. But before I start getting these headaches, both sides of my face (my cheeks, up into my eyebrows) will become numb.. It's hard to explain the feeling it's like a mix between a tingling feeling and a crawling feeling.. it seems like 20 minutes into the tingling/crawling feeling, the headache starts in the back of my neck, and works it's way up to the front of my head and when I stand up, it feels like alot of pressure suddenly rushes to my head and I would have to sit back down.. any ideas as to what could be causing this?
