What Causes Persistent Dizziness?

my blood pressure is 138/68 is this ok? i have been feeling dizzy the last couple of days, weak, out of sorts. I am on the last days of my menstrual cycle. i went to the er last nite and they said my blood work was ok and to rest and drink fluid. does this sound right?

The systolic value (138) is a little high. Monitoring of your blood pressure three to four times a day for a few days is necessary to evaluate any instability. Discuss with your doctor for these issues.
