What Causes Persistent Dizziness In A Person Suffering With Cervical Spondylitis?

At the outset, I thank this health caring website and its serving doctors. I am from India. Doctor, since more than one week, I am having dizziness in my body, right from top to toe. I feel more of it on my head and stressed up like legs along with burning sensation. I am not a diabetic and is not a BP patient. I am 58 years old from India. But i have cervical spondylosis since last 15 year or so. The neck x-ray points to existence of spondylosis. The giddiness prevails most of the time and impacts my sleep as well. It makes me feel tired and checks my mobility. Feel like sleepy devoid of enthusiasm. Earlier i was asked to do certain physiotherapy for managing my problem. But of late I am not doing the physiotherapy. Do you feel that my present dissiness could be due to my above cited health problem? Can I overcome the problem by practicing the physiotherapy ? i do not for consuming medicine for this problem. Please give your opinion. Ram
