I have been sick for over 2 months. Had bronchitis and treated also for pnemonia. I now am very week still coughing. Slept for 20 hours yesterday. I have pulled muscles in my upper back and feel like I have whip lash. I m cold then hot. Could it still be pnemonia

You need to see a doctor again right away. Sometimes the antibiotics do not completely clear the pneumonia. You need an exam and another chest xray to find out what is going on.
