What Causes Persistent Bladder Neck Obstruction Despite Taking Medication?
I had bladder neck obstruction since last 2 months . I am taking veltam .04 mg.since 5 days . Before this i had prescribed alfuzosiom 10 mg for 2 months. But no improvement yet My urine test results contain pus cell 5-6 ucg. My penis tip has burning sensation and had small crack on foreskin when pulling back. Pls suggest.

I think you may have a yeast infection or balanitis. You may need to use clotrimazole ointment to treat it. You may wait for some time longer for alfuzosine to give it's effects.
