What Causes Persistent And Sharp Pain In Abdomen?

I have pain in my gut and have had CT scan, exrays, ultra sound, gall bladder test & blood work and nothing is shown on any of these to be causing my pain. I do not sleep well and I have cut out coffee and cannot eat many foods that cause me pain. I am at a loss as to why none of drs are able to help me with this pain. Can you advise me?
