Hello,

It can be due to generation of gases in stomach and intestine which strikes with the walls of mucosa and create sounds. This can be from gastrointestinal disorder from drugs or other causes like constipation.

Take plenty of fluids in diet,do morning walk and take fresh air.Reduce consumption of meat based products and try fiber based diet.Try exercise as well as it has overall good effect on body as well reduces gas formation. You can also try Omperazole tablets for acidity which may be also causing this gas formation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
