What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain Post A Surgery For Stomach Cancer?

if you have had stomach cancer and had surgery already. they told you that they got all of it but a year later you still are having abdominal pain, lose stools, and small amounts of blood every now and then could it be possible that the cancer has or is coming back.

For which malignancy you undergone surgery?

Yes, malignancy may recurs, it is depends on type of tumor, stage of tumor and associated complications.

Same time, it can also possible for gastritis or infection. So, please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
