What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain Despite Treating Inflammed Bowel?

i was hospitilized and put on iv antibiotics because of painful stomach and abdomen they say it is inflammation of the small bowel i am home now but still have pain but milder i am no longer on anti is this just going to run its course or do i need doc

Pain in abdomen after inflammation treatment
implies two things.
1. Residual Inflammation still there
2. inflammation disrupts bowel motility that causes spasmodic pain.
I would like to recommend you to take Hyoscine bromide, fibres and drink plenty of water. if you are running fever then you need antibiotic as well for another week.
