General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in the stomach along with bloating may indicate peptic ulcer disease. If this has not been for a long time then I would suggest taking some antacids like gaviscon along with omeprazole. Avoid spicy and pickled food. Hope it will be OK. If not then you should see your doctor for further testing especially for H. Pylori.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
