What Causes Persistent Abdominal Bloating In A Lactose Intolerant?

i am lactose intolerant. 2 nights ago I had a lot a dairy prduct which triggered heavy bloating in my upper stomach ( I usually have the pain in my colon). my concern is that I have a mild fever along with the regular symptoms. It is a couple days with no change. please advise! Thank you!

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal bloting problem and fever that may be because of infection or food intolerance problem or other reasons.

Avoid dairy product and milk.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
