Hello,
The areas that you refer to concern a branch of the facial nerve. An extensive medical history raises multiple concerns for causes. Inflammation alone can put pressure on nerves causing numbness. This can be related to diabetes, problems with fluid retention, dental infections and other issues. Allergic reactions can cause this type of reaction also. See if you can provide more details about the occurance.
I suggest that you update your blood tests and have a 2015 exam, since you list 2014 as your last update. More diagnostic tests may be necessary to confirm a diagnosis. Keep a proper balanced diet including vitamins, make sure that you are well hydrated and try some Antiinflammatory medication such as Tylenol or Advil to see if you can get some relief.
Thank you for your inquiry. I hope that you find this helpful.
