What Causes Perianal Abcess While Suffering From Ulcerative Colitis?

I was diagnosed a year ago with ulcerative collitis after having a hemmoroidectomy, and colonoscopy procedure done a year ago, today I have trouble with perianal abcess that continues to come back after an incision was made and I was put on antibiotics its painful and I have mucus discharge constant from anus what should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the surgical condition of abscess and it was drained before and now it comes again so it need to be operate once again and at this time abscess need to be drained properly with opening all the pockets along with oral and local antibiotic hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
