Hello, the past weekend I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend in the shower, she was a virgin and I have never had unprotected sex before. A couple days later, I realized that I was starting to get small tiny red bumps on my head and the foreskin that covers it. It is not itchy nor painful. There is no discharge and I have done research and the symptoms do not seem like an STD, but i am still concerned. I have been stressing alot recently and has not left my mind. Please help with the diagnosis. Thank you
