What Causes Penile Thrush After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hello, been having an issue for some while now, i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend... And also that night i masturbated... Its not my first time having unprotected sex with her and i had no infection... But after i masturbated that night, i woke up the next morning with a whitish substance on the tip of my penis, with no pains during urination or burning feelings when urinating ... Used several antibiotics and it went, a week later i masturbated again and woke up again to see the same discharge but just very little and little discomfort ... I see the discharge mostly when i wake up.... Am feeling ok... No lymph node swelling, no fever, no rash no burning or painful feelings... Just urinate frequently and discharge every morning... And i masturbate alot sometimes 2 times a day... Am really worried don t like the discomfort and sight of little discharge... Thanks
