I m worried because the head of my penis is turning purple and tingling but if I move it around some it starts to get blood flow and get back its normal pinkish color but if I stop moving it around it gets real dark bluish purple again I m worried It has a little bit of tingling and numbness like it could possibly be losing some kind of blood circulation does anyone know what this might be?

Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems that the nerve and blood vessel (Pudendal) are getting obstructed due to presence of some pathology in the penis. As you move it around, the obstruction is released and you can see the blood flow returning. I would advise you not to ignore this situation.

I would advise you to visit a physician for a physical examination of the penis as a cyst or presence of infection can be detected by palpation by expert. In addition, you might have to go through some investigations and might have to visit a neurosurgeon further.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HCM. Let me know if I can aswer any follow up question you have.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
