What Causes Penile Discharge?

Good afternoon. I have been experiencing an very slight discharge from my penis & have been tested for an STI last week. The results came back negative & I m wondering what else it could be. I don t have any real discomfort when urinating & there is no swelling in my testicles & no rash or soreness anywhere. Is it possible to get a yeast infection or a urinary track infection without sexual contact?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an urinary tract infection. I recommend doing a urinalysis and a complete blood count to confirm the cause. Meanwhile, I recommend you to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
