What Causes Penile Discharge After Being Tested Negative For STDs?

Hi, I have been tested for STDs twice. I once had NGU and I was treated with a shot and a single dose Zpak. My symptoms cleared but shortly after I had a small discharge when I applied pressure to my penis. I was retested again and all my results were negative. However, I took another zpak to be on the safe side. I am still having these small discharges when I apply pressure to my penis. I have stopped consuming coffee and sodas in the past couple of days and the discharge is hardly noticeable now. can you assist me ?

Watery discharge from penis in absence of positive evidence of STD is insignificant and is due to excessive secretions of mucus glands located in urethra .
