What Causes Pelvic Pain And Vaginal Muscle Spasm With A Perforated Uterus?
My uterus was preforated during surgery almost 10 months ago. I had less pain before the surgery and now I have pelvic pain every day. Vagina feels like I m having muscle spasms every day along with intense pain. Could the preforated uterus be causing the pain?

It could be due to a condition called pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Following perforation an inflammatory process takes place in the nearby region and leads to pain and other symptoms.However other causes also be ruled out. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. If there is diagnostic confusion an ultrasound scan may be needed.
