General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* The pain in pelvis and abdomen is secondary to uterine changes with
pathology of Leiomyoma ( soft tissue tumor ) at fundus and anterior
wall.

Now if the size mentioned is in cm then it requires hysterectomy and if it is in mm then primary conservative therapy with hormones and a close follow up is mandatory.

Would like to revert back with precise report data.
Awaiting for your response.

Thanks.
