What Causes Peeling Of Skin On The Penis?

I ve gray skin peeling now with raw flesh on some areas of crown and rim of penis. It is blood red but doesnt appear to be bleeding but oozing body fluid clear sticky. I noticed the head, tip irritated from normal usual boxer wear three days ago. Urination burned at tip three days ago til present. I ve had not sexual contact w others in two years. I ve not masturbated or done anything but urinate in last two weeks. The head started peeling last night. What might I have? What will sooth comfort penis?
