General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The passing of worms in adults is as common as children worms. * There is nothing to panic for the same, but I would recommend

- proper hygiene care before and after using the restroom

- antiseptic hand cleaning before and after eating
- avoid anal itching ( if present )
- prescription of anthelminthic medicine as albendazole or mebendazole from your primary care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
