It might reveal fissure , piles , proctitis like inflammation , or rectal ulcer.... If according to cause treatment given... Meanwhile take more fruits and more water. Hot water anal area sitz bath useful. If constipation associated stool softener might given.... Second if above local causes not present then get your stool examination... It might reveal pus cell that suggesting acute bacterial infection like entetocolitis or there might be shigellosis like infection. For that antibiotic needed...
