What Causes Palpitations And Slow Heart Rate?

I have always had palpitations throughout my life.......some for weeks/months, then they become less. Then later a repeat. I had a thorough cardio workup 2 yrs. ago, and heart is normal, no plaque, and am now experiencing more than ever. (healthy diet) I have CFS and a lot of anxiety. I am concerned about it changing to a fib since I have a feeling of fluttering, but also have a slow heart rate. Should I be concerned about it?
