What Causes Palpitations And Irregular Heartbeats?

I have been having a rapid and irregular heartbeat for the past hour or so. This is the second time in a week that my heartbeat has been fast (110-130bpm) and irregular. I have been dizzy and can t sleep. Any thoughts on what to do to try to get my heart back in rhythm? Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Welcome to Health care magic family .
I have evaluated your concern in depth .

@ In majority of cases anxiety , stress is major concern .
in other instances there are reasons as
- valvular problems in mitral , aortic - conduction disturbances as
AV node issues - electrolyte imbalances - blockage in coronary
circulations - cardiomyopathy - others .

@ My suggestions
$ Deep breathing exercises with YOGA for 1 hr .
Settle levels of pulse means fine
Still persistent means it is not anxiety associated , need medical
attention immediately .

Hope this will help you surely .
Feel free to ask any future health related query .
Thanks for evaluating my answer thoroughly .
Regards dear .
