General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It does not seem the symptoms he is having are related to his blood pressure of the drugs he is using. By what you explain, because all examinations come out normal, very likely they are due to anxiety as it may cause palpitation, cold extremities, stiffness, restlessness and many other symptoms like difficulty breathing numbness and sometime the patient might even faint.

Anxiety is not dangerous and can be easily treated with counseling and medications but needs good evaluation and follow up so please talk to your doctor related to the symptoms and the chance of having anxiety and the proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
