So i shot up some questionable meth over the last three day using a dirty needle. The first day i missed my mark and felt the burning sensation. afterwards i felt an overwhelming anxious feeling. My chest felt shaky like heart palpitations however no change to pulse and i felt a significant burning sensation in my chest. Anyways so i kept using. no euphoric feelings just anxiety. i also felt lethargic but couldn t sleep cause of the pain in my chest. well last night i slept but the chest pain remains and now i have been experiencing spasms in the arm where i missed and a burning sensation. i also am having a pain slowly creep up my arm and is now in the front of my arm by my shoulder. should i be concerned?
