What Causes Painful White Pimples Around The Nipples?

Hey um I got a question my cycle is 29 days long but 19days ago I had sex on the 28th three days after my period now I have white pimples around my nipples and my nipples burns when its cold and they always or hard pullings pains beside my navel and mild cramping can u help

Hello,

Pimples around the nipples are due to blocked nipple pores (in breast feeding women), change in hormone levels, infections (bacterial/fungus), thrush, herpes or developing abscess, may be indicative of cancer. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a OBGYN & get treated at the earliest. If it is due to infection it will be treated with antibiotics, antifungals or antivirals depending on the cause detected. Drainage in case of abscess. You will have to go through a few tests. To rule out breast cancer you may have to get biopsy, mammogram, MRI, breast USG done.
