What Causes Painful Watery Discharge From The Vagina During Pregnancy?

I m 35 weeks pregnant and am having pubic pain especially when I walk. My mucous is different and not thick , white nor sticky.. It s watery and clear now.. When I sneeze or stand up I have little leakage that dosnt have a smell or colour. Should I go to the hospital? And is it my amniotic fluid leaking?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It appears that passing of watery discharge at 35 weeks of gestation could be due to pre-mature rupture of membranes and leaking of amniotic fluid.
You need to seek medical attention immediately by going to the nearest hospital for its assessment and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
