What Causes Painful Urination?

I was musterbating over ten year really once a day I felfeel now some sharp pain when I urine omg am worried please what is that sometimes behind my two testis pain so I f I quit now for ever will I recover and I had musterbate make you importance so please doctor I will stop will it be back everything or I already destroy my future kids

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely urethritis or urinary infection.You should get a urine routine examination to rule out that.When you excessively masterbate also can get such type of pain due to irritation of urethra from friction.Masterbation doesn't have side effects like you mentioned.If you have a partner and still you does masterbation it can decrease your sexual attraction towards partner.If there is sign of infection then antibiotics will help you recover.I usually advise norfloxacin empirically and change it after urine culture and sensitivity if necessary.Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the urethral area.Use warm water or saline for this.Hope this may help you.
