What Causes Painful Urination Along With Pain In The Arms And Head?

-can? I woke up this morning erengency to go to the bathroom I went it was a little bit it hurt coming out also from the top of my head my arms it was painful and felt like my urine was being plug from my arms and head and that has continue from 5.30 a m till I hold going to the bathroom till i can t hold no more - when I pee now doesn t to pee. what do you think it is?

it is simply uti. get urine tested specialy culture and sensitivity drink more water and take alcasol twice daily rest of problem are not related to it. it can be stricture urethra.
