Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful ulcers in the mouth and lips which is due to factors such as minor injury to mucosa, hard food, acidic food, poor oral hygiene and infection like thrush. It seems that you have symptoms of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Sometimes ulcers can also occur in response to allergic reaction caused by cosmetic product or toothpaste. I would suggest you to avoid spicy food and acidic drink and do warm saline rinses. Cover your face while under exposure to sun . Usually they resolve by themselves in few days. You should use antiseptic mouthwash. If the condition do not resolve in 4-5 days then consult dentist for proper examination and to rule out other conditions like canker sore. Doctor may perform scaling and prescribe oral antibiotics. Doctor may also prescribe antibiotics .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
