What Causes Painful Stiff Legs?

I have very painful stiff legs. I have been told that I have arthritis in my knees but this pain is in the whole of my legs and feels like it is more of a muscle problem rather than joint pain. Sometimes when walking it feels like one of my legs will give way due to muscle spasm.

Hello
I have read your query.
There is possibility of disc bulge leading to leg pain.
This can be associated with knee osteoarthritis. I will advise you MRI spine and x ray knee for diagnosis.
Physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you.
