What Causes Painful Spasm In Left Breast?
i have a spasm on my left breast when I move in certain positions eg bending or wakindg with my upper body as though I was doing a stomoch excercise. I could feel the tight muscle when I touch it. Its so painful and i am scared its just where the heart is. Please clarify
