doc pls. help me in my upper vagina where the pubic hairs there are two swllen sores appeared very itchy and painful and the lymph nodes between my thighs are also very painful if i compressthem doc are there natural treatment you can advice thanks and more power.GOD bless

Hi,
It seems that there might be having razor bumps or yeast infection producing bacterial infection due to itching giving rise enlarged, painful, tender inguinal lymph nodes.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl medicine for itching.
Apply triple action cream.
Keep local part well shaved, dry and clean.
Ok and take care.
