What Causes Painful Purple Colored Blister On Knee?

I think I have a spider bite. It happened 4 days ago. Felt a pain on my knee. Looked at it and didn t see anything. Started growing what looked like a pimple but by the next morning was the size of a blueberry and filled with fluid. Looked kinda like a blister. That drained while showering. Since then, there is a red circle the size of a softball. In the middle, there s a small black dot. Surrounding that, it s purple about the size of a dime and rock hard the size of a quarter. It s very very painful

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection then it need to be managed with antibiotic and best would be "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day with local application of "Povidone Iodine" cream and Tab Ibuprofen" if this the puss formation then it need to be drained, and wound need to be taken care, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
