What Causes Painful Patch On The Lower Side Of Scrotum?
I m a male who regularly shave my pubic hairs. 10 days after I shaved I started having a small patch (1 square inch) on the left lower side of my scrotum. The patch is hardened and has multiple small crusts over it. It s painful too. It s not an std and it s the first time it happens. My thigh on that side is sore too so I was thinking it might be a rash

I really appreciate your concern, such rash could be due to contact dermatitis and frequent shaving could be the reason, this can be managed with "Beclomethasone cream" better take care in shaving, stop shaving until lesion get healed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
