What Causes Painful Lump On One Side And Frequent Headaches?

Im 27 years old and for the last few years Ive noticed a slight pain that comes and goes on my left side. Sometimes I get it on my right side but not as often. A few days ago I noticed a small lump on my left side. Its not noticeable unless pushed on in the exact location of the lump. I ve had mild persistent pain as well. I ve also been having a few more headaches than usual. Should I be worried?

a-High Bp with Anxiety neurosis
b- which is caused due to lump in the left side of your chest.
