Suggest Treatment For Knot On Neck Vertebrae Area And Headaches

I have a knot on the left side neck vertabrae area which causes frequent headaches along with a larger mass on my upper side which is spongey. I was told that was Lipoma but it continues to get larger. What kind of doctor do I need to go see to evaluate my problem.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is lipoma then this may not cause pain, because of the infection this could cause pain only else this may not be lipoma if this paining without the infection and possibility of other etiology need to be ruled out and for this, may need some investigations, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day
