Hi, so I was masturbating and a then I noticed a lump towards the bottom of my labia. This doesn t happen too often, but it does from time to time. I don t know if it s from me not cleaning down there right away afterwards or if my hands just weren t clean enough. I tried to pop it, but it hurts really bad when I try. I also get small pimple like bumps. Ive gotten these every now and then since I hit puberty though. an you tell me what this lump is and what I can do to make it go down besides popping it?
