What Causes Painful Lower Back And Legs After Having Medicines For Diarrhea?

Hello, I have had diarrhea and have been vomiting simultaneously for 12 hours in intervals of 15 to 40 minutes. . My vomiting finished 7 hours ago and I still have a little bit of diarrhea. I think I am on the mend now, however my lower back and legs have been very achy since making it difficult for me to walk, I am also still unable to eat solid foods with out feeling nauseous and can only keep down water in small quantities. Is this of concern?

After going through your query I concluded that you are having dehydration due to countinuos dehydration due to vommitting and diarrhoea. Due to this you got electrolyte disturbances. You are advised to take oral rehydration solution to correct it. If you are unable to take by mouth then you need admission in hospital for intravenous fluid and correcting electrlytes disturbances.
