Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Need evaluation for anemia and hypothyroidism
2. Symptoms appear to be generalized. Do get a complete hemogram along with thyroid hormone profile. As there is no history of pain secondary to pressure, fibromyalgia can be ruled out.
3. Weight loss could be due to poor diet intake secondary to generalized unwell feeling.
4. Improved hydration and regular diet with protein rich food necessary. More clinical details and laboratory investigations necessary for further opinion.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
