What Causes Painful Cramps In The Calves And Feet?

I am experiencing painful cramps in both calves and in the bottom of my feet. My right heel has been very difficult to almost impossible to walk on for about two weeks. Now I was just laying in bed and both hands fingers cramped and curled painful and unable to will them open. What is wrong with me?

Your symptoms are suggestive of hypocalcemic tetanus. ..It can beasily easily be cured ..Please get ionised calcium and screen your electrolytes...proper treatment will alleviate your symptoms at earliest
