What Causes Painful Cramps And Tightness In Groin Area?
I had unprotected sex 2 weeks before my period was supposed to start and he came in me so later that day I took the Plan B pill. The day I was supposed to start my period I ve been experiencing these painful cramps or tightness in my groin area and they come in once in awhile like every 10 minutes and they hurt bad. I m 4 days late on my period but my breasts feel swollen and a little tender. What could that mean?

I don't think that these can be symptoms of pregnancy because you have been protected by using the plan B pill which is highly effective when used immediately. I think that the delay you had and cramps may be related to premenstrual period and delay due to emergency pill usage.
