I had a boil on my arm a week ago,I popped it.. But there is still a knot.. I now have two knots and the one in my armpit will not pop and I very painful. In fact as we speak since I m right handed I am trying to you and keeping my arm together hurts

This is a kind of small abscess that you should never pop them out as it leaves a permanent marks. You should apply antibiotic cream to them instead.
