General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to Bartholini cyst.
I suggest to soak in warm water several times a day.
I also suggest to use an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
If the symptoms continue you should see a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
