As per your query you have symptoms of painful abdomen and anus with heartburn which seems to be due to gastric ulcer disease and infection of the gut leading to electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due t o stress as stress/tension is another cause of upset stomach, heartburn and burping. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep your bed elevated on head side. You should consult gastroenterologist once for proper examination. You should get upper GI endoscopy done and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may prescribe loperamide , laxative , omeprazole and antacids. You should take oral rehydrating solution to maintain hydration status of body. Avoid intake of outside food.
