I am 40 years old and recently started, about week ago, having trouble urinating.I checked my urine and was diagnosed with calcium oxalate 8-10. Rest I am a completely healthy person and I dont have any other health related problem. I was asked drink lots of water and stop taking spinach, eggs, rice, eggs and diary products. Please tell me what other ditery things I must avoid and please tell me if its elimitable altogether or I should live with it? Also, kindly suggest me some effective ways for removing calicum oxalate from my urine. thanks
